Nationally, 87.7 percent of renters have paid their rent in full as of Monday, an increase from April when only 85.0% renters paid their rent in full.

This time last year, 89.8 percent of renters paid their rent in full. Three was a slight decrease in on-time payments this year, but not by much – a great sign for property owners in Las Vegas.

All data was collected 11.4 million apartment units in May and 11.5 million in April, according to the National Multifamily Housing Council.
