Kaoru Azeuchi moved to the United States in 2007 to pursue his dream of opening his own restaurant.

Yuzu Japanese Kitchen, on 1310 E. Silverado Ranch Blvd., opened in 2014. The Kaiseki Japanese cuisine is a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner known for meticulous preparation and beautiful presentation.
