Stress can be debilitating, and it can cause or aggravate health problems. Since stress is a normal part of human existence, it is important to know how to recognize it and learn coping strategies.

Stress can help sometimes as it can motivate people to prepare or perform and might even be life-saving in some situations.

Dr. Erica Stockwell and Elicia Babac, co-founder of Doctor Stockwell's Vitamins, joined us in studio to share some tips.
