St. Patrick’s Day All Weekend Long with the return of Celtic Feis at New York-New York Hotel & Casino

The Strip’s largest St. Patrick’s Day celebration, Celtic Feis, returns to New York-New York Hotel & Casino for a three-day bash on the Brooklyn Bridge, March 15-17. The weekend-long Irish festival will feature two parades, live music, entertainment and traditional Irish fare at the adjacent Nine Fine Irishmen.

“In its 10th year, New York-New York’s Celtic Feis celebration is a beloved tradition and this year will be the biggest yet,” said Brent Cook, Vice President of Food and Beverage at New York-New York Hotel & Casino. “We take great pride in creating the ultimate Irish experience for Las Vegas locals and visitors alike, an experience that has become one of the liveliest St. Patrick’s Day events on The Strip.”

Festivities kick off Friday afternoon, March 15 at 2:00 p.m. with a parade starting at Bliss Dance at The Park and continuing through the property to the celebration headquarters on the Brooklyn Bridge. Following the procession, the 2019 inductees into New York-New York’s famous “Wall of Fine” will be announced, recognizing employees who’ve gone above and beyond throughout the year. A Guinness welcome toast will follow to get the party started. The parade is complimentary and open to the public.

Celtic Feis continues Saturday and Sunday, March 16 and 17, with live entertainment – including festive Irish bands, stilt performers and leprechaun sightings – beginning at 11 a.m. on the Brooklyn Bridge. Daily admission to the Saturday and Sunday events starts at $10 and will be charged at the door. All attendees must be 21 years of age and older.

The St. Patrick’s Day celebration will kick into high gear at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, March 17, with a traditional Irish pipe band leading a parade from Bliss Dance at The Park, through New York-New York and to the Brooklyn Bridge, followed by an official Guinness toast. The parade is complimentary and open to guests of all ages. Immediately following the day’s opening ceremonies, the Celtic Feis celebration will open on the Brooklyn Bridge for ticketed guests.

Saturday and Sunday VIP packages start at $150 and are available for purchase at NewYorkNewYork.com. The packages include access to an exclusive VIP area and 10 beverages and five food items from Nine Fine Irishmen.

Throughout the weekend, Nine Fine Irishmen will serve its traditional Irish fare from 10 a.m. – 11 p.m., including signature dishes such as beer n’ cheese dip, shepherd’s pie, Irish bangers and corned beef and cabbage.

Performers and bands providing live music during the festival include Sheleighly’s, Sin E Ri Ra, Phoenix and Celtic Rockers.

Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with lucky menu offerings

The luck of the Irish will be celebrated at Hofbräuhaus Las Vegas on Sunday, March 17 when a special menu of St. Patrick’s Day offerings will be made available at the iconic Bavarian beer hall and garden. The specialty menu, available only on St. Patrick’s Day, can be perfectly paired with the restaurant’s premium Hofbräu beer, imported directly from Munich, for guests to enjoy.

Featured specials include Lauchcremesuppe (creamy leek soup garnished with croutons and chives), Gebackener Tortenbrie (breaded brie cheese fried golden brown, served with a spring salad bouquet and garnished with fried parsley and cranberries), Gepökelte Ochsenbrust mit Weißkraut (tender corned beef brisket served with steamed cabbage, carrots and mashed potatoes) and Brotpudding (bread and butter pudding served with vanilla ice cream, whiskey sauce and whipped cream).

A specialty cocktail, The Screwy Leprechaun, made with Malibu Rum, blue curacao and orange juice and served in a 15-ounce Hurricane glass, will also be available.

Las Vegas’ first San-Francisco based edible cookie dough franchise is offering a ‘Doughp’ remix for St. Patrick’s Day – chocolate chip cookie dough turned green, served with an edible gold coin on top, priced at $8. The sweet treat is only available from 10 a.m. to noon on March 17.

Garett Popcorn Shops - Open Sunday through Thursday from 10 a.m. – 11 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. – midnight

Chicago’s famous popcorn shop is serving up special Irish Kettle corn made of Garett’s signature kettle corn recipe with a touch of green to celebrate the season. The special order will be available Tuesday, March 12 through Sunday, March 24.

Blondies Sports Bar & Grill - Open daily from 7 a.m. – 2 a.m.

The Emerald Island Casino celebrates their 15th St. Patrick’s Day in Downtown Henderson by serving over 1,000 pounds of corned beef

With a name like ‘The Emerald Island Casino,’ celebrating St. Patrick’s Day is a natural and now, 2019 marks 15 years of celebrating this famous Irish holiday. And what better way to celebrate than to serve 1000 pounds of corned beef.

“Well, it’s like bread and butterThe Emerald Island Casino and St. Patrick’s day is a natural.” says Tim Brooks owner of The Emerald Island Casino. “Inside the Emerald Island Grill we’ll be serving traditional corned beef and cabbage, but out on the casino floor we’ll be slicing up over a thousand pounds of slow smoked corned beef and serve up corned beef sandwiches to everybody beginning at noon on St. Patrick’s Day.”

Therapy offers St. Patrick's Day drink specials

Therapy, located in Downtown Las Vegas, is spreading the luck this St. Patrick’s Day with festive drink specials, available all day on Sunday, March 17.

The downtown restaurant will offer the shareable McHoney Mule, made with six shots of Jameson Irish whiskey, lime juice, ginger beer and honey, served in a fishbowl glass, priced at $25; and the Patrick’s Pick-Me-Up, mixed with vanilla vodka, dark chocolate liqueur, Baileys Espresso, Kahlúa and a shot of espresso, topped with cocoa powder and served in a martini glass lined with chocolate syrup, priced at $13. For those who are looking to stick to the St. Paddy’s Day classics, Therapy is also offering a pint of Guinness Blonde or Stout paired with a shot of Jameson, priced at $12.


O’Sheas BLOQ party will kick off St. Patrick's Day weekend

The annual O’Sheas BLOQ party will kick off and St. Patrick’s Day will be celebrated all weekend, starting Friday, March 15 through Sunday, March 17.

TREVI Italian Restaurant Celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with Green Ravioli and Irish Whiskey!

TREVI Italian Restaurant, located inside The Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, will celebrate the luck of the Irish on Sunday, March 17 with a spring-inspired ravioli dish.

Executive Chef Jose Navarro will have guests “Shamrockin” with his Pea and Fava Bean Ravioli, made with eggless pasta, spring peas, fava beans and squash; tossed with chickpea-arugula velouté and topped with ricotta salata, priced at $24. TREVI will also feature Proper No. Twelve Whiskey, priced at $10 a glass for the holiday.


Yard House celebrates St. Patrick's Day with a new Pub Fare menu

The Underground at The Mob Museum to Host a "Spirited" St. Patrick's Day Party

To commemorate the return of legal drinking on St. Patrick’s Day in Ireland, The Underground at The Mob Museum will be hosting a “spirited” celebration. In 1921, the holiday was once “dry” as Irish officials banned alcohol sales on March 17 for fear of excessive drinking. Alcohol remained banned on that date until the law was repealed in the early 1960s, when the Irish could once again raise a glass to celebrate the holiday. This year, on St. Patrick’s Day at The Underground, guests will enjoy live entertainment, food and beverage specials and whiskey tastings. The event is generously sponsored by partner John Sullivan Whiskey and West Cork Distillers. Free entry will be granted through the side door with the password: Dolled Up.

Marriage Can Be Murder offers special St. Patrick's menu items

Long-running dinner show, Marriage Can Be Murder, adds a traditional Irish dish to its menu for St. Patrick’s Day. The “Cutthroat Cabbage” will be the fourth entree choice at the dinner show, available from March 15 until March 17, 2019.

“Our St. Patrick’s Day special is the first of our show’s many events, leading up to our 20-year celebration this Summer,” said creator, actor and writer Eric Post. “We have enjoyed two decades in Las Vegas through continually updating our show and menu to remain relevant and fun.”

All Marriage Can Be Murder tickets are inclusive of food, drink and server gratuity. Each audience member is served a three-course meal: Pre-Killing Course, Main Corpse Course and Death by Sugar.

The entree options at the show change each season. Current options include:

DTLV St. Patrick's Day Shenanigans

St. Patrick’s Day is right around the corner meaning DTLV will be full of celebratory shenanigans in honor of the Irish holiday. Downtown Las Vegas’ premier nightlife venues, Gold Spike, Inspire and Corduroy, are offering a bevy of festivities filled with emerald-hued beer, shot specials, live music and giveaways.

Get lucky at Gold Spike’s St. Patrick’s Day backyard bash! On Sunday, March 17th from 12 – 7 p.m. revelers can enjoy plenty o’ drink specials with $3 green PBR drafts, $5 Jameson Shots and $6 Guinness Drafts. Get jiggy to the sounds of DJ TeenWolf, Presto One, Exodus and live music from The District in the Backyard where lucky leprechauns will receive free swag, drinks and surprises throughout the day.

Jam out at Corduroy’s “Jame-O-Fest” starting at 12 p.m. on Sunday, March 17th where emerald adorned partygoers can indulge in green beer, Jameson drink specials and giveaways. Plaza Hotel & Casino celebrates St. Patrick’s Day with green fireworks and dome party

A free St. Patrick’s Day party will overtake the iconic dome entrance of the Plaza Hotel & Casino on Saturday, March 16 starting at 7 p.m. and culminating at 10:30 p.m. with a live green fireworks show shot from multiple locations on the property.

The festive outdoor party will feature music from a DJ, a photo booth and fun games, including flip cup and beer pong. Guests will also enjoy holiday inspired food and drink specials, including an Irish Slider or a Banger on a Bun for $5.

The party culminates with a live fireworks show, lighting up the sky with green pyrotechnics at 10:30 p.m. The fireworks will be shot from multiple locations at the Plaza offering people numerous views of the fireworks from the dome and Fremont Street.

At the party and throughout the weekend, March 15-17, the Plaza will offer several drink specials at its casino bars, including a Jameson Mule or Irish Car Bomb for $7, a Grey Goose Le Melon Mule or Jameson Shot for $5, and Guinness cans or green beer pints for $5.
