Piff the Magic Dragon has announced his stage show at Flamingo Las Vegas will return later this month.
It becomes one of the first shows to resume performances on the Strip since the COVID-19 pandemic shut down live entertainment back in March.
A publicist says the show, called "Piff the Magic Dragon: Too Soon?", will begin on Thursday, Oct. 29, with partner Jade Simone and magic dog Mr. Piffles returning as well.
The new performance will be using the Flamingo Showroom to accommodate a maximum audience of 250 people, in following with the state of Nevada's new COVID-19 directives.
"This has been a tough time for all the great performers in Las Vegas, not to mention the audiences and the city itself," Piff said in a press release. "We're going to follow applicable guidelines and take the recommended precautions, and if we can give people a good time and they leave a little bit happier than they arrived then I think it’ll be worth it. Also, the dog's run up a huge gambling debt during lockdown so I have bills to pay."
Shows are scheduled to run Thursdays through Sundays at 7:30 p.m., with tickets going on sale Friday, Oct. 23 at 10 a.m.
