El Dorado Cantina is always bringing new flavors each season and for winter we are talking about their new soups. Here to tell us all about their specials is general manager Martine Jordan.
- El Dorado Cantina's Mexican Chili! Prepared with slow cooked beans, tender vegetables in a savory ground beef sauce. Topped with a Mexican three cheese blend and pico de gallo.
- Tortilla soup: Prepared with a mild tomato and pasilla broth, rice, corn, organic grilled chicken and topped with avocado slices and crunchy homemade tortilla strips!
- Albodigas soup: The traditional meatball soup is hearty and soothing, full of fresh veggies in a savory broth with a generous squeeze of lime brightening every bite.
- Pozole: This smokey Mexican stew is the best for the Winter season! Grab your tasty bowl of Pozole loaded with pork & hominy, topped with cabbage, raddish, onion, oregano and lime!
