Boqueria Street bringing Spanish flare to food on the go

We are bringing some Spanish flare to show this morning with Boqueria Street.

Joining us this morning is Executive Chef Oscar Amador and Manager Maureen Amador.

The urban Spanish-food truck started in January 2017 with the idea to bring the famous Spanish Bocata Rolls and tapas to customers in Las Vegas.

Each Bocata Roll is made fresh on the spot with fresh-baked bread and flavorful choices like Serrano ham, chicken vinaigrette, Spanish sausages, braised beef, and more.

The menu also features tapas like Boqueria Street's own version of Bravas potatoes, as well as super creamy chicken and parmesan croquettes.

Boqueria Street is available for private events, seven days a week.
